Olga is a human rights and public health professional, working internationally to promote sexual and reproductive rights of marginalized people, gender justice, and transgender health. Olga started her career with a harm reduction organization in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, working to protect the health, rights and dignity of people who use drugs in the context of HIV. Later, she joined Public Health Program of Open Society Foundations, where she managed a grant making and advocacy portfolio to end gendered violence against women who use drugs, sex workers and trans*people, and to advance equal access to health for marginalized communities. Olga brings extensive knowledge of philanthropic landscape in the field of health, women’s and LGBTI rights, of organizational development, and of evidence-based human rights advocacy. Olga holds an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
